We have invested in 3 Alpacas we plan on putting some fencing a week before they come. we realized they would make such a great guard animal. have you seen alpaca at night? No, will me neither and I don’t want start. They probably look scarier at nighttime. this is why I came up with this idea of having guard alpacas.
These are highly trained alpacas ready to protect our place at any given time. you probably think I’m crazy which I bet if you threw rock I’m sure someone would agree with you on this idea. The alpacas in the picture bob, steve, john. It just shows you how well trained they are. You can’t even get a dog to stand this still little lone a cat.
The contractor came out and asked what I was going to use the fence for and he walked off shaking his head laughing. I didn’t think was joke. i actually had to go to alpaca training school just to learn the commands which I didn’t know they even understood commands. They can sit, lay, fetch, guard the house and they include a free sign as well.
