I was just thinking about my grandpa who passed away last year all the good stuff that we will miss. I can’t believe some of the details I remember
Stories – All through my life he told us stories about when he was younger and how his life was and when he first seen electric lights which was quit amazing as teenager I would sit there for hours and ask him questions I’m sure he loved that.
Crackers in the car – He would always keep crackers in the car to snack on when grandma went shopping inside or if us grandkids were Hungary he got some good crackers as well some with cheese or peanut butter inside.
Sleeping in random places – I remember I couldn’t find him any were so I check the basement and he’s out cold sleeping in the chair down there part of it was unfinished with brick he would sleep down there next to were the wood was to keep eye on it he would always be the one to go down there to put more wood in furnace eventually my cousins had to do once he got older it couldn’t no longer do that.
Talking to him self – He would have full conversation with him self and my grandma would be so embarrassed as kid I didn’t mind. I guess I thought he’s old he can get away with it let him be he’s having fun.
Going to church – My grandparents use to go to church almost every sunday.
Never will be forgotten always remembered.
